_WHAT_THESE_TERMS_COVER

These terms govern every custom automation tool Exit Zero builds for a client. Each project is a single engagement: one precisely scoped utility, one fixed price, one fixed deadline.

_THE_ENGAGEMENT

Before a build starts, you receive a written scope: exactly what the tool will do, what it will cost, and when it lands. If a new request comes up mid-build, it does not quietly expand the job. It gets its own price and its own schedule, agreed before it is built.

_WHAT_YOU_RECEIVE

The finished tool, running on your own computers. No cloud subscription or recurring licence fee. We hand it over with a walkthrough so your team can use it for the agreed task.

_LICENSING_AND_OWNERSHIP

You receive permission to use the delivered tool for your own business, on the computers and for the purpose covered by the written project scope, for as long as you want. Using the delivered version does not require a subscription.

Exit Zero retains ownership of the tool’s source code and intellectual property. Source code is not included in the handover, and the tool cannot be resold. Your business data and files remain yours.

Installation, training and any agreed deliverables are described in your project scope. Later changes, additional installations or maintenance are quoted separately before work starts.

_WHAT_WE_NEED_FROM_YOU

Access to the systems the tool must work with, and a sample of the real data before the build starts. The tool is tested against your real shapes; a representative sample now beats a surprise on delivery day.

_CONFIDENTIALITY

Everything you share in an engagement stays between us: files, numbers, internal workflows. If your side needs an NDA, we sign it.

_MAINTENANCE

The fixed price covers the tool working to the agreed scope. If a platform you rely on changes its interface later, or you want the tool extended, that is a new engagement with a new price. Never a surprise bill, never a forced subscription.

_WHAT_WE_GUARANTEE

We guarantee the written scope: the tool does what the agreed document says, by the agreed date, for the agreed price. We cannot guarantee the third-party systems the tool connects to. If your store, your CRM, or a supplier changes its format after delivery, the tool may need an adjustment. That adjustment is a new scope, priced openly.

_CANCELLATION

Before a build starts, either side can cancel with nothing owed.
