This notice covers website visitors, inquiries and project sample files. Moldova’s Law No. 195/2024 on personal data protection has applied since 23 August 2026. The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) also applies where its territorial scope covers our processing.
When you contact us through this site, we receive your name, your email address, what your company does, and a description of the repetitive task you want automated. The website form does not accept files; if you send samples later by email, we review them to understand the work.
This site runs no analytics scripts, no tracking pixels, and no ad network. Technical information needed to deliver and protect the website is described below.
We use a first-party language preference cookie for up to one year when you select English or Romanian. On entry URLs, Cloudflare provides an approximate country code: visitors from Romania or Moldova are sent to Romanian, and other visitors to English. Your explicit choice takes priority. The country code is not stored by this website and is not used for analytics.
You can change your preference with the EN/RO links or delete the language cookie in your browser settings. It is used only to remember your language choice.
We use inquiry details and sample files to answer your request, prepare a quote and take steps you ask for before entering a contract. If you become a client, we use the information necessary to deliver the agreed project and perform the contract.
When you contact us on behalf of a business, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to that business and arranging the project. Our legitimate interests also include keeping the website secure and providing the language you select. We limit this processing to what those purposes require.
The contact fields are needed to understand and reply to your inquiry. You do not have to use the form; you can email us instead. Do not send sensitive personal data or files you are not authorised to share. We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
An honest fixed price and a real deadline depend on the actual task, not a description of it. Sample files show us the exact data shapes, surface the edge cases, and let us scope the build correctly, so the tool works the first time, on your data.
Exit Zero builds tools that run on your own computers. We do not run a cloud platform for those delivered tools.
When you submit the website contact form, its contents go to Web3Forms, which processes and stores the submission to deliver it to our email provider and inbox. Web3Forms and its infrastructure providers may also process technical information, including your IP address, for delivery, security and spam prevention.
During an engagement, files move between your machine and ours over standard encrypted channels, and only as many as the build actually needs.
Cloudflare delivers and protects this website. Requests to the website necessarily include technical information such as your IP address, browser information and the requested URL. Cloudflare may process request and security logs under its own service policies.
The website loads Inter and Roboto Mono fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to download the fonts and sends technical request information, including your IP address and browser information. These font requests are separate from the contact form; we do not send Google your inquiry or sample files.
We handle inquiries in Moldova, and website, font, form and email providers may process data in other countries, including outside the European Economic Area. Data protection rules may differ between countries.
Web3Forms states that its international transfers from the European Economic Area are covered by safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses in its Data Processing Agreement. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy.
We keep messages in our inbox while needed to reply or deliver the project, then delete them when no longer needed. Web3Forms may retain a copy of a website form submission for up to three years under its current policy, unless a shorter retention period is set for the form. Your files stay yours.
Under applicable data protection law, you can request access to your personal data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability where the relevant conditions apply. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. If any processing is based on consent, you can withdraw that consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Write to [email protected] to exercise your rights. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. If the law permits an extension for a complex request, we explain the reason and the revised deadline within that first month.
You can lodge a complaint with Moldova’s National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP). Where GDPR applies, you can also complain to a competent EU supervisory authority, including in the country where you live or work or where the alleged infringement occurred. You do not have to contact us first to complain.
If anything in this policy changes, we update this page and the revision date at the top. We will never change it to take more from you than this page allows today.
